Shipping policy

Unless the product you are ordering specifically mentions that it is a pre-ordered item, all items are in stock and ready to ship. Once we receive your order, it normally ships within 1 to 2 business days.

If an item is out and stock and not being offered as a pre-order opportunity, you can email us at info@kittykeller.com to request to back-order it or inquire as to when we can expect it will be back in stock. All of our ornaments and products do take several months for production, and inquiring about availability for a particular product will ensure that it gets stocked sooner than later.
