Shipping Policy – Retail Orders

All retail orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped. If part of your order is out of stock, the item will be refunded and your order with ship without the out of stock items.

Domestic Shipping Rates – Retail Orders

All retail orders shipped to locations within the contiguous United States will receive free ground shipping. You are able to upgrade shipping at checkout. Upgraded shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my retail order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact with your name and order number and will look into it for you.
